Learning Outcomes
- demonstrate an understanding of the basic parts of a pattern, and apply this knowledge to the tasks of constructing a garment from a pattern as well as creating one from scratch.
- demonstrate the ability to create a professional quality website that includes information necessary for entering the job market, displaying creative work, and providing a venue through which employers may communicate with the student artist and/or assess the student’s work.
- design costumes for a given production by creating renderings based on complete and appropriate research.
