- evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of multiple theoretical perspectives and differentially apply them to client family situations.
- integrate understandings from a range of theoretical perspectives in assessing and applying intervention plans for families.
- develop skills in building a therapeutic relationship including developing self-awareness,affect management, cultural humility and effective relationship building techniques with families.
