This course prepares students to practice ethically and effectively with groups. The course builds social work skills, knowledge, and values in social groupwork contexts and introduces students to group process theories, methods and strategies. Students will use evidence-informed and culturally responsive methods to facilitate anti-racist and anti-oppressive group work practice.
