Description

Examines the influences of demography (births, deaths, and mobility) on socioeconomic and political structures. Several topics covered affecting national and international populations such as race/ethnicity, births, deaths, gender, family, socioeconomic opportunities, poverty, aging, immigration, migration, urbanization, and environment. Links between these trends, policy, and well-being are established.
