Overview
Description
This course introduces the sport of water polo and includes a historical briefing of the sport, and full review of rules, equipment, facilities, and etiquette. Fundamentals skills taught include ball handling, passing, shooting, dribbling, and offensive / defensive plays. Competitive play in class will improve individual water polo skills, technique, strategy and knowledge necessary to safely and correctly play water polo.
