Overview
Description
Students are introduced to and practice a range of outdoor skills through classroom instruction and physically demanding overnight field experiences in primitive settings. The outdoor skills taught may include but are not limited to backpacking, whitewater rafting, and rock climbing.

Students must be able to walk for extended periods while carrying a 50-70lb backpack through steep and rugged terrain.
