  • provide comprehensive health education and health maintenance interventions to pediatric clients with chronic health problems.
  • utilize knowledge and skills from previous courses to assess, diagnose and manage pediatric chronic illness commonly occurring in the primary care setting. Identify appropriate referral mechanisms for clients.
