Overview

Description

Rotation entails select nutrition modules on various disease states, popular diets, and hands-on skills classes. Students will participate in, and implement the medical nutrition curriculum at UNR Med for first and second-year medical students. The student will be expected to complete 1-2 modules/week of elective and a project that aligns with the goals of the student as well as the curriculum. A summary of their project will be required at the end of the elective.
