- demonstratate a foundational knowledge base and decision-making capabilities in the incorporation of medical nutrition therapy in the practice of medicine.
- identify areas of need within healthcare settings in which nutrition and lifestyle modifications will improve the outcome of various disease states.
- demonstrate an understanding of and implement culinary medicine modification principles and be able to educate patients in order to improve health outcome measures within socio-economic and cultural environments.
