Mathematics needed by those teaching new-content mathematics at the elementary school level with emphasis on the structure of the real number system and its subsystems.

- ACT score of 22
- SAT score of 530
- satisfactory score on a suitable readiness exam
- completion of Core Math Core Objective 2 with a “C” or better
