- identify the sources of unpredictability in the law, the process of legal reasoning by example and the importance and limitations of stare decisis.
- create and utilize specialized techniques to effectively manage prehearing conferences.
- articulate the need for adequate security during administrative proceedings and provide suggestions for security enhancements.
- distinguish the various forms of dispute resolution and determine the applicability of a particular model to proceedings conducted by the administrative agency.
- recognize various models of decision-making and types of decisions.
