Description
Using hypothetical scenarios, online discussions, role-playing and interaction with the faculty members, students will explore a variety of ethical issues facing the judiciary.

- Current judicial officer (e.g., judge, hearing officer, magistrate, justice of the peace).
Recommended Preparation
- (two-week foundational courses for new judicial officers).

For credit toward the judicial studies degrees, the judicial officer must be enrolled in or eligible to enroll in the judicial studies degree programs at the University of Nevada, Reno.
