This is a 16-module course explores the implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on society. We will examine how AI technologies shape various domains, from media, healthcare, economics to privacy, employment, and ethics. The syllabus is designed to provide a comprehensive exploration of AI’s societal impact, both positive and negative, and the challenges and opportunities it presents for the future. By the end of the class, students will have demonstrated their ability to critically analyze the nature of AI and be able to investigate its influence and uses for professional endeavors and investigate its significance.
