Overview

Description

This course introduces the principles of AI, how artificial intelligence (AI) can automate and improve business processes, and how intelligent agents can make business operations more efficient and adaptive. Undergraduate (IS 465) students will focus on applying core principles of business process analysis and AI automation. Graduate (IS 665) students will engage in advanced problem-solving, independent research, and the design of scalable, organization-level automation strategies that incorporate ethical, managerial, and technological considerations.
