- assess the role of server-side processing in Web applications.
- create applications that operate with core ASP.NET concepts such as state management (session state and view state).
- create applications that read data from a Microsoft SQL Server database.
- create applications that perform transactional database updates.
- identify and describe the concepts related to a Web Service and create a simple Web Service and client to test that server using the Model View Controller (MVC) design pattern.
