Overview

Description

Students in this course will design, develop, and deploy conversational agents that serve real-world business purposes. In the first part of the course, students will learn about conversational AI design principles and common pain points in chatbot communication. In the second part of the course, students will create both basic bots for simple tasks and advanced bots capable of handling personalized conversations. No programming experience is required.
