Description
This course provides an overview of supply chain management in the context of industrial engineering. Students will learn how to design, plan, implement and manage supply chain activities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Topics include supply chain strategy, logistics, inventory management, demand forecasting, production planning, and quality management.
