Description

The introductory course incorporates the Honors College mission pillars, resilience, ingenuity, stewardship, and equity, into the study of leadership. Students will identify different types of leadership styles and learn fundamental leadership concepts including ethics in leadership, conflict resolution, effective communication, dynamics of teams, and power and accountability.
