Learning Outcomes
- demonstrate, through group discussions and in writing, the ability to evaluate healthy and unhealthy adolescent development across seven domains: biological, cognitive, social, family relationships, peer relationships, school, work, and leisure activities, and identity development.
- critically assess, through group discussions and in writing, how sociocultural contexts, including socioeconomic status, culture, family, peer groups, relationships, school, and work interact with the major domains of adolescent development (e.g., biological, cognitive, social) to influence the developmental trajectories of adolescents.
