Description

This professional development course focuses on developing students’ knowledge skills and abilities in the following areas; writing and communication, mentoring and advising, leadership and management, career exploration and preparation, and professionalism. The key deliverable of each semester is an Individualized Development Plan and assessment for progress in one area of that plan.
