Overview

Description

In this course students attend a Writers in the Woods presentation featuring a notable author. Featured genres vary and may include fiction, poetry, screenwriting, creative nonfiction, young adult, or mixed media work. Following the author event, students participate in a generative creative writing workshop. The class includes both evening and daytime hours over the course of one weekend at the university’s Lake Tahoe campus.
