- demonstrate knowledge of major developmental tasks of adolescents and their experiences in contemporary social context as measured through the development of a transition portfolio.
- apply knowledge of theoretical foundations of cognitive strategy instruction by developing a teaching unit.
- develop differentiated instructional activities designed specifically for secondary students with disabilities across curriculum areas by creating a differentiated lesson or a universal design for learning (UDL) lesson.
