- describe the principal research methods of educational anthropology (for example, participant observation, structured and unstructured interviews, the use key informants, etc.).
- explain the goals of various methods utilized in ethnographic research.
- identify ethical considerations in ethnographic research with respect to impacts on human subjects.
- evaluate the reliability and validity of ethnographic research findings.
- design a research project that utilizes ethnographic research methods appropriate to a specific field site and community of study.
