Description

Examines new theories and perspectives in English language teaching and learning. Recent developments in theories, approaches to language education (e.g., sociohistorical, postmodern, and poststructural lenses) designed to explore the social dimensions of language learning and teaching in K-16 education contexts, as well as post-modern/post-structural approaches that consider the role of context, discourse and interaction in connected and local education settings.
