- identify the student organizations associated with each of the career and technical education service areas and be familiar with the organizational structure of each.
- demonstrate understanding of the role and functions of career and technical student organizations as an integral part of career and technical education programs.
- develop skills in leading students with diverse backgrounds through leadership development processes including parliamentary procedure skills, conducting meetings, and leading peers.
- plan, organize, carry out, and evaluate the various programs, activities, and competitive events of the career and technical student organizations.
