Overview
Description
The objective of this course is to provide students with an introduction to human genetic variation and what the approximate 5 million base pair differences between individuals potentially means in the context of human history, disease, and other human traits. What causes these differences will be examined along with the potential outcomes of this variation. This course would be a part A to a follow-up on population history and structure and the genetics of disease.
