Overview

Description

Advanced research, conceptual development, structural experimentation, and material exploration practices beyond introductory book arts. Students refine skills through short projects, then plan a semester-long artist’s book, using critique and discussion to choose an effective narrative and format. Students should expect to spend time outside of class working in the studio on designated projects.
