Overview
Description
A continuation of AM 145, focusing on expanding communicative competence. Students develop grammar for calendars and time, scheduling events, errands and describing frequency. This course covers all general signs for food, hobbies, vacations, and personal interests. The course deepens the understanding of ASL standards for describing people’s race and ethnicity in an appropriate manner. Continued study of culture and the diverse experiences within the Deaf community.
